17.07.2009 :: Going Out In Palmerston North

Sean and Graham (2 other students of UCOL) picked me up spontaniously for going out in Palmerston North aka. Palmy.
There we met Johnson who is a friend of Graham and who already was exchange student at the FH Hagenberg in summersemester 2007... what a coincidence!

We went out to a Pub called "The Brewers" where i found out 3 absolutely important aspects of nightlife in NZ:
 - You need an ID card for entrancing each bar, pub or whatever
 - Smoking cigarettes is absolutely illegal in public buildings
 - You mustn't wear a hooded sweater inside a pub or bar => hooded sweaters are a symbol for being a gangmember (how curious)

After that we went to a concert of Tiki Taane who is a local D'n'B producer and guitar player like Elvis Presley because all the girls screamed out loudly while his songs...
